The Webbington Road in Compton Bishop will be closed on 12th and 13th August for the replacement of an Openreach pole between Rackley and the Webbington Hotel. Locals will be able to access homes from both directions, and presumably walkers will still be allowed to access the Crook Peak car park and viewpoint heading west from the village, but for through-traffic diversion will be in place taking vehicles and bicycles along Winscombe Hill.
