Cheddar - Wedmore road closed at Clewer

The road to Wedmore is closed at the bridge in Clewer for 2 weeks from today for gas utilities work by Wales and West. If you're heading to Wedmore you could use the Dungeon, or go passed Axbridge, down the A38 and through Lower Weare. Both of these options add about 10 minutes to a typical journey, accounting for tractors and extra traffic.

The road is expected to reopen on Friday 19th Jun.
